ADVANCE REGISTRATION - $350 (until 4/30/12)

Your registration includes entrance into all general sessions, breakout sessions, exhibits, morning and afternoon refreshments. All meals, lodging, and travel are the responsibility of the registrant.

GROUP DISCOUNTS

We offer $25 off each attendee registration for groups of three or more. All attendees in a group must register at the same time with one billing contact in order to receive the group discount.

PRE-CONFERENCE WORKSHOPS

The pre-conference sessions will be held June 27, 2012 and are separate from the main conference and require an additional fee for attendance.
